Squid Connection Issue

Hi,

I recently set up an account and subscription for Squid. I can log in to Squid with no issues and download Grib files, etc. When I try to activate my account/subscription info inside Qtvlm on both macOS and iOS, I get the following error. I know I'm using the correct Squid username/password though as I'm coying/pasting from a password manager. What is the best way for me to troubleshoot further?
